KKR named Michaela Wood as a director in its London office, boosting the firm’s U.K. private equity platform, which has deployed over $8 billion of equity capital across a range of transactions since 2007. The appointment is effective immediately.
Michaela joins KKR after a six-year stint at CVC Capital Partners, where she played a role on a range of transactions including the RAC, Neptune Energy and Six Nations Rugby. She previously served at BC Partners, the Boston Consulting Group and GE Capital.
