Hunter Street adds former Siemens, General Mills CIO to advisory team

Marie Pillai has joined Minneapolis-based alternative investment management firm Hunter Street Partners as a senior advisor.
Pillai, who served most recently as General Mills' vice president, chief investment officer and treasurer before retiring in 2019, overseeing a diversified portfolio comprising overfunded pension, 401(k), healthcare and foundation assets. She has over three decades of experience managing multibillion-dollar investment portfolios and leading financial and operational teams at Fortune 500 companies, including serving as VP and CIO of Siemens, managing and overseeing all aspects of the firm’s pension and 401(k) plan assets.
