K2 Integrity, a risk management firm founded by Jeremy Kroll and Jules Kroll, has tapped Marathon Asset Management COO Andrew Rabinowitz as a new Co-CEO.
Last week, Marathon Asset Management announced Rabinowitz’s plans to leave the firm in September. A 19-year veteran of the $22 billion firm, Rabinowitz will remain on Marathon’s governance committee as a senior consultant.
