Investcorp announced plans to partner with private capital exchange ADDX (formerly iSTOX) to offer a portfolio of U.S. residential properties on a digital platform in fractional sizes.
This first product will have a low investment minimum that is reduced by 25 times due to the use of digital securities, officials said. The offering is slated to benefit both corporate and individual investors, offering them easier access to opportunities that traditionally require high minimum ticket sizes.
