Chicago Teachers assign alts specialist Kelsen interim CIO role
Andrew Kelsen was named interim chief investment officer of the $13.1 billion Chicago Teachers’ Pension Fund following the recent departure of Angela Miller-May to lead the nearby Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund.
