The $177 billion Texas Teachers’ Retirement System tapped four managers, including one new firm, across its latest private markets allocations.
Brookfield Asset Management was tapped to manage $300 million in an opportunistic, U.S.-focused real estate strategy last month. The allocation was to the Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners IV-B.
