Hohn’s TCI forges ahead in CN/Kansas City Southern campaign

TCI Fund Management has retained Kingsdale Advisors to act as its strategic advisor in its challenge to the Canadian National Railway’s effort to acquire Kansas City Southern, as well as in TCI's efforts to reshape the CN board of directors.

Kingsdale Advisors is the largest strategic shareholder’s advisory firm in North America. It has experience with the railroad industry because it represented Bill Ackman in 2012 in his effort, through his corporate alter ego Pershing Square, to change the board at Canadian Pacific Railway
