Morgan Stanley’s North Haven Real Estate Fund X Global exceeded its original fundraising target and the size of its predecessor fund with a $3.1 billion capital raise.
The fund, dubbed G10, makes value-add/opportunistic real estate investments globally with the goal of generating superior risk-adjusted returns while using prudent leverage, officials said. The three previous iterations of the fund have acquired over $17 billion of real estate assets in over 100 separate investments.
