Multi-strategy hedge fund firm ExodusPoint Capital Management is leaning on Robert Bovo in the launch of its new fundamental long/short equities business unit, WestWind Asset Management.
The new unit is being set up by the $14 billion firm to expand its long/short equity business that currently comprises 30 portfolio managers led by Bovo, who has been one of the firms long/short equity portfolio managers since 2019.
Bovo has worked with ExodusPoint’s Co-Founder and Head of Equities Hyung Lee for over a decade at both ExodusPoint and Millennium Management.
