Ara adds four execs with energy, infrastructure expertise

Ara Partners hired two operating partners, a principal and a senior associate in an expansion of the private equity firm’s team.

Sara Kent and Rob Tripp joined as operating partners, with each playing key roles as Ara continues to execute on the firm’s strategy of investing in businesses that decarbonize the industrial sector, according to Troy Thacker, a managing partner at Ara.
