Arena completes JV to invest in Southeast Asia corporate credit
Arena Investors and Singapore firm Kai Investment Management have set up a joint venture to put $100 million to work in Southeast Asian corporate credit special situation opportunities.
For $2.6 billion Arena it allows for an expanded offering of financing solutions in Asia with team members in Melbourne and Singapore collaborating with the Kai team. Kai, a specialist private debt investment firm, the deal will broaden its private debt offering across the credit spectrum, officials.
