Dallas-based Crow Holdings held the final close of its Crow Holding Realty Partners IX with $2.6 billion of investable capital.
The largest fund close in the firm’s history, the strategy will remain focused on value-add real estate assets in U.S. industrial and multi-family properties as well as in specialty sector opportunities. Fund IX was oversubscribed with $2.3 billion with another $265 million in co-investment capital. The $21 billion firm’s last fund closed at $1.3 billion in commitments.
