The $36 billion real estate specialist Harrison Street is celebrating one of its most active periods in the firm’s 16-year history, closing its eighth fund with $2.5 billion in capital commitments.
The Harrison Street Real Estate Partners VIII offering raised co-investment vehicles totaling $510 million alongside the $2 billion raise in the main fund with current investors making up 75% of commitments.
