Private equity firm EagleTree Capital recently received a strategic minority equity investment from Investcorp Strategic Capital Group (ISCG).
The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The investment will allow EagleTree to accelerate the growth of its business which is centered on middle-market private equity investing in North America across media and business services, consumer and water and specialty industrial sectors.
The Investcorp’s stake will remain passive and the firm will be a non-voting partner in EagleTree. As a result, there will be no changes to EagleTree’s team, strategy or daily . . .
