Foreman named president at Phocas Financial

Phocas Financial, an employee-owned asset management firm that combines small-cap investing with REITs, has a new president -- Yolanda Foreman, who was also named a partner and joins the firm's board of directors.

Foreman was the co-CEO of Gray & Company Investment until 2015, when she created Morningside Asset Management, an investment firm in Atlanta, Georgia. At Gray & Co., she served on the executive and investment committees, responsible for portfolio and operational oversight. She was the CEO of Morningside until she joined Phocas in March 2020.
