KKR appointed Joe Bae and Scott Nuttall co-chief executive officers as Co-Founders Henry Kravis and George Roberts remain actively involved as executive co-chairman of KKR’s board of directors.
The transition is effective immediately. KKR was co-founded by cousins Roberts and Kravis together with Jerome Kohlberg in 1976. Kohlberg died in 2015.
