New York-based private equity firm Banner Ridge Partners raised $1 billion in investor commitments to its Banner Ridge Secondary Fund IV.
This is the third fundraise since the $2.5 billion firm was founded by Siguler Guff veterans Anthony Cusano and C.J. Driessen in 2019. In this latest fund, Banner Ridge will partner with specialist private equity sponsors with an eye on a subset of the market that is both complex and has limited access to information.
