Boeing’s Ward takes the helm at University of Chicago endowment

Andy Ward is now vice president and chief investment officer at the University of Chicago.

At Boeing Company, Ward was the chief investment officer since 2009 and responsible for the company’s $135 billion pension. He also served as Boeing’s managing director of investment strategy and asset allocation for the company’s retirement plans, as well as director of alternative investments.

He also worked at Aon Corporation, managing the underwriting assets of its insurance subsidiaries and was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney.
