Lime Rock Partners raised $203 million for its latest fund where Goldman Sachs Asset Management Vintage Funds served as the lead investor.
Lime Rock Partners VI acquired the assets owned by Lime Rock Partners VI, a 2012 vintage fund and seeks to benefit from further value appreciation in those assets. The fund received $134 million in capital commitments to it and a separate co-investment vehicle, the Westport, Conn.-based firm announced.
