Connecticut adds $100m to PE, eyes low-carbon opportunities

The $47 billion Connecticut Retirement Plans and Trust Funds in Hartford committed $100 million to the Constitution Fund V Series F, which will offer additional exposure to venture capital and growth-stage investment firms and funds.

The fund is managed by Fairview Capital Partners in West Hartford, Conn and is part of the pension fund’s strategy to increase the diversification of its private equity portfolio.
