Noted PE practice lawyer joins Dorsey

Stewart Worthy has joined the London office of global law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a partner, working in its mergers & acquisitions and private equity practice group.

Worthy will focus on complex cross-border transactions, especially on investments that parties in the United States and APAC are making in the United Kingdom on the one hand, and on English law deals in central and eastern Europe and Africa on the other.
