Ares Management Corporation announced the final close of its inaugural dedicated climate infrastructure fund at $2.2 billion.
The Ares Climate Infrastructure Partners Fund raised approximately $1.4 billion in commitments plus $800 million in related transaction vehicles as more institutional investors are looking to build-up their ESG investment exposure.
The fund attracted investors from North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East, with nearly 30% of LPs being new to the Ares platform.
