The Oregon Investment Council, which oversees $93 billion in Oregon Public Employees’ Retirement Fund assets, has selected several alternative investment funds with allocations totaling roughly $1.8 billion.
Real estate investments were spread across three funds. Commitments were: LBA Oregon Core Industrial SMA ($300 million); LBA Logistics Value Fund VI ($200 million); and Nuveen US Cities Industrial Fund ($200 million).
Private equity investments totaled $800 million with allocations going to Arsenal VI & Growth ($200 million); Pathway PE III-Co ($350 million); and Clearlake Capital VII ($250 million).
