Grain Management hires ex-U.S. Treasury official

Grain Management hired Craig Phillips as managing director and chief operating and growth officer, a newly created role at the $6 billion infrastructure and telecommunications-focused firm.
Philips will work with Grain’s executive leadership team to manage the firm’s day-to-day operations, develop systems and infrastructure needed to scale the business and expand the firm’s investment impact.
