Coller Capital veterans Sebastien Burdel and Luca Salvato are joining as partners in the Ares Secondary Solutions Group, an approximately $21 billion unit of Ares Management Corporation.
The pair will work alongside Ares’ existing teams in New York and London to directly originate new secondary market investments, leveraging the firms existing presence in the U.S. and Europe.
Officials at the $282 billion firm said the new hires underscore the growth and demand for complex secondary liquidity solutions. Burdel is based in London and Salvato in New York, and together they established Spring Bridge Partners . . .
