The $8.2 billion John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation have invested an undisclosed sum with the Cadre Direct Access Fund, a curated portfolio of commercial real estate assets.
The Cadre Direct Access boasts other institutional clients such as Harvard Management Company, offering a portfolio of investments that is designed to have a positive societal impact through its investments, investing in and partnering with local underrepresented minority operating partners and minority depository institutions across its portfolio.
