Ropes & Gray names alts vet as new partner

Ropes & Gray announced that Jennifer Graff has joined its asset management practice, where she will be working out of the firm’s 500-lawyer New York office as a partner.

Graff had been at Debevoise & Plimpton’s fund investment management group for more than three years. Before that, she was at Paul Weiss, also working on private funds and investment management.

Graff has advised fund sponsors and investors, looking after the formation, management, and operation of private equity funds, credit funds, hedge funds, co-investment funds and GP staking funds.
