The $202 billion Teachers’ Retirement System of Texas in Austin added two new fund commitments to two of its key alternative investment programs in recent weeks.
The Greystar TT II fund received a $200 million investment from the system. Managed by Greystar Real Estate Partners, the fund is an opportunistic, U.S.-focused strategy housed within the pension fund’s real estate portfolio.
