Private equity, credit and real estate managers saw a number of multi-billion fund closes in January, according to Alternatives Watch Research’s latest figures.
Across 36 private markets funds a total of $59 billion was raised as firms such as Andreesen Horowitz, KKR and Blackstone saw mega funds close to new capital as the dry powder levels remain elevated.
