Yale New Haven Health hires former pension exec

Yale New Haven Health recently named Scott Lupkas vice president of investments.
Reporting to Michael Angelini, senior vice president and treasurer, Lupkas will oversee investment strategy for the hospital system’s $6 billion investment portfolio, which includes operating assets, defined pension funds and endowment as well as special investment programs.
He has been charged to further develop an in-house investment team focused on asset allocation, manager selection and risk management efforts.
