CIP hires ATP pension chief

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) hired Bo Foged, who is joining CIP in July after seven years as CEO of Danish pension plan ATP.

Foged, who previously served as CFO at BankInvest, an asset management firm with more than 92 billion Danish kroner in funds under management and administration, replaces Stig Pastwa, who was promoted to the position of COO at CIP.

In his new role, Foged will have the responsibility for Finance, Tax, IT, Treasury, Risk, Fund Performance and Financial Modelling.

Pastwa came to CIP three years ago with significant experience as CFO in major Danish corporations and institutions, including the Saxo Bank brokerage and ISS, a Maersk maritime logistics subsidiary. In his new role, Pastwa will be tasked with leading the growth of the fund management platform required for CIP’s organization plan, including Strategy, Public Affairs, Communication, Legal, Compliance, ESG and People.
