The alternative investment industry-backed charity Phyt Cares is holding two events during March in honor of International Women’s Day, raising assets for youth health and wellness in underserved communities in New York and Puerto Rico.
Co-founded by Eisner Amper executive Elana Margulies Snyderman, Phyt Cares has held numerous fundraisers sponsored by hedge fund industry professionals. Even during the pandemic, attendees in-person and virtually could participate in workouts that included strength training and conditioning at the Phyt Gym.
Two events are in the offing. The first workout fundraiser will be on March 9 at Phyt Gym in New York City. A second fundraiser is virtual via Zoom on March 16. More information can be found on the Phyt Cares website.
All proceeds will go directly to Phyt Cares, which is a minority and woman-led 501c3 U.S. tax-exempt and 1101.01 Puerto Rico tax-exempt non-profit supported by prominent investment and financial services firms that educates youth and communities in New York City, Puerto Rico and now the U.S. (virtually) through fitness.
