StepStone Real Estate (SRE) and Bridge Investment Group announced a $75 million co-investment in needs-based senior housing.
The deal will have StepStone co-investing in senior housing assets identified by Bridge and follows other co-investments made in an existing portfolio managed by $32 billion Bridge.
