StepStone and Bridge JV focuses on senior housing

StepStone Real Estate (SRE) and Bridge Investment Group announced a $75 million co-investment in needs-based senior housing.

The deal will have StepStone co-investing in senior housing assets identified by Bridge and follows other co-investments made in an existing portfolio managed by $32 billion Bridge.

“This program helps StepStone fulfill is dual objectives of furthering our social mission by helping to provide housing to senior residents on a needs-basis and also to provide attractive risk adjusted returns to our investors,” according to John Waters, partner and head of investments for SRE . . .
