Investcorp acquires aftermarket truck parts business

Alternative investment firm Investcorp completed the purchase of S&S Truck Parts, an independent distributor of private label and branded aftermarket truck parts.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the deal comes at a time when the truck part demand is on the rise with aging truck fleets. The investment is understood to be part of the $40 billion firm’s PE NA Fund.
