McDermott beefs up its Transactions Practice

McDermott Will & Emery has announced four new partners in its transactions practice group: Merrill Kraines, Todd Kornfeld and Anand Saha to the New York office; and Sunyl Snow to Dallas.

Kraines has been a partner at Troutman Pepper (New York) for the last two years and was before that a partner at Pepper Hamilton, which was merged with Atlanta-based Troutman Pepper in 2020. Troutman Pepper’s New York headquarters remains where Pepper Hamilton’s was -- at a quintessentially Manhattan address, The New York Times building on 8th Avenue.

Kornfeld also comes from Pepper . . .
