Asana Partners closed the third fund in its value-add flagship series this month with a focus on distinctive neighborhood real estate retail opportunities.
Asana Partners Fund III raised $1.5 billion with the focus on buying and repositioning mixed-use assets in high-quality urban and near-urban neighborhoods in the U.S. The fund was oversubscribed within six months of beginning its marketing process, officials said at the Charlotte, North Carolina firm.
