Impact investment firm Lafayette Square has hired Clarion Partners veteran Onay Payne as managing director of real estate.
In this newly created role at the mission-driven firm, Payne is tasked with overseeing the firm’s real estate division that aims to us long-term capital and coordinated services to support neighborhood revitalization in historically marginalized communities. This will be done by significant redevelopment and via the creation and preservation of affordable housing.
