The National Pension Service (NPS) of Korea and Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) are anchor investors in New York real estate firm Tishman Speyer's Proptech Venture Fund that held an initial close of $100 million.
The venture aims to secure up to $150 million in total equity to fund investments in tech-driving opportunities across all sectors of real estate. Investments are slated for early-stage companies with proven technologies and disruptive business models designed to improve how residents, customers, brokers, investors, lenders, operators and owners interact with and experience real estate.
