The Oregon Investment Council approved six alternative investment funds for investments earlier this year, according to meeting documents.
The council oversees as $139 billion portfolio, which includes the $100 billion plus Oregon Public Employees Retirement Fund that historically has remained very active within private equity and real estate.
Within private equity allocations were made to: Francisco Partners VII and Francisco Partners Agility III ($300 million); Veritas Capital Partners VIII ($250 million) and Vista Equity Partners VIII ($250 million).
