The $280 New York State Common Retirement Fund invested across private equity, real estate, credit and real assets last month, putting $1.4 billion across five investment portfolios.
Real assets saw the greatest amount of capital inflows, split between two funds. Oaktree Capital Management collected $200 million for its Oaktree Power Opportunities Fund VI, a closed-end fund targeting investments in private companies providing products and services to owners of critical infrastructure, primarily owners of utility-related businesses.
