Infrastructure and real estate funds continue to grow by leaps and bounds, with multiple new funds raising a total of $25 billion in April, according to AW Research’s Manager Scorecard.
Much of the capital is due to the blockbuster fundraise of Miami-based I Squared Capital’s ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund III, which saw over 200 investors from 27 countries participate in the new offering. The fund’s investors include the Connecticut Retirement Plans & Trust Funds
