The investment staff of the approximately $11 billion Alameda County Employees Retirement Association (ACERA) plans to present the launch of an RFP for a general consultant as an action item for its investment committee to consider and/or adopt at the system’s board meeting this week, according to a memo to ACERA’s investment committee from Betty Tse, chief investment officer.
