The board of the $29 billion Los Angeles Fire & Police Pension System (LAFPP) has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for a private equity consultant, according to Joseph Salazar, LAFPP’s interim general manager.
The launch of the search comes just as the system is embarking also on a search for a new general manager as well as administering an ongoing search for a chief investment officer.
