New York firm Pantzer Properties closed its fifth real estate fund at the end of last month with $781 million in institutional investor commitments.
Panco Strategic Real Estate Fund V is a continuation of the firm’s discretionary private equity fund series that focuses on tangible multifamily assets in high-barrier to entry markets along the U.S. East Coast.
Fund V was 75% larger than the firm’s prior fund. Investors included endowments, pension funds, healthcare systems, foundations, RIAs, family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
