The C$392 billion ($288 billion) pension CDPQ appointed Martin Longchamps as executive vice-president and head of private equity.
Longchamps will work in CDPQ’s Montreal office and will be responsible for the international private equity portfolio that includes investments in various sectors around the world. Previously, he had been managing director, head of origination and execution of private equity at the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP Investments). Reportedly, PSP has no plans to replace Longchamps.
