Financials-focused hedge fund and long-only manager Algebris Investments has hired Antonio Volpin as a senior investment director as part of a drive to expand its sustainability focus.
Volpin, who has more than 30 years’ experience in the energy and sustainability sectors, will work closely with the London-headquartered firm’s sustainable world team in Milan, Italy, to support the development of its global thematic equity strategy, which trades sustainable investment themes.
