Hedge funds averaged gains of 1.6% in June, but according to data provider PivotalPath the performance dispersion between equity and macro strategies continues to widen.
Year-to-date through the month of June, the PivotalPath Composite hedge fund index is up 3.5%, while the S&P is up 16.9% and the Nasdaq soared to 31.75%.
