Private Equity
- Edison Partners added Shelby McKeown and Felix Rausch as associates on the firm’s investment team. McKeown previously worked at Bank of America in middle market commercial credit, while Felix was most recently a Bailey & Company middle-market investment banking analyst focused on healthcare. The firm also added Nonnie Egbuna in the newly created role of content strategy, development and operations lead for its value creation platform, Edison Edge. Nonnie previously served in marketing roles at several startups.
- Warburg Pincus hired Andrew Sibbald as a managing director and co-head of Europe, succeeding Adarsh Sarma, who will stay on as a managing director and partner. Working from the London office, Sibbald will operate closely with current co-head of Europe, René Obermann, who is based in Berlin. Sibbald joins from Evercore, where he was most recently chairman and senior managing director of the firm’s European investment banking operation.
- Scott Bolick joined Presidio Investors as a new operating partner. Bolick, whose previous experience ranges from consulting at McKinsey & Company and Accenture to leading product strategy and management teams at major companies including SAP and GE Power, currently serving as the executive chairman for Presidio portfolio company Resolve Tech Solutions, as well as CEO of innovation platform Fairwater Labs.
- HCI Equity Partners plans to transition Dan Dickinson from managing partner to executive chairman, leaving Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer Doug McCormick in command of the company. Dickinson, who has played a key role in HCI’s growth for 22 years, will continue to work alongside McCormick, partner Scott Gibaratz and Operating Partner Bob Hund to steer the firm’s operations, investments and strategy.
- Frazier Healthcare Partners promoted Shyamal Swami to principal on its growth buyout team. Swami has played leading investment roles in several of Frazier’s portfolio companies since joining the firm in 2016, including CSafe, CPS Solutions and United Derm Partners. He was previously an analyst in the healthcare investment banking group at Harris Williams & Co.

- Monroe Capital hired Jeff Kaye as managing director, bolstering the technology finance originations group in its Chicago office. Kaye, who brings over 17 years of commercial lending experience, joins from Wells Fargo Capital Finance’s financial sponsor coverage group, where he was focused on originating recurring revenue as well as cash flow-based financing opportunities in the West and Midwest regions.
Service Providers
- Jersey-based Crestbridge appointed Stacey Moody as a director in its corporate services team. She has over 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, during which time she has specialized as a corporate company secretary in Jersey and Australia and has a strong track-record in upholding high standards of corporate governance. The role will grant her responsibility for supporting the needs of Crestbridge’s global corporate client base, while also working with the senior management team to drive the evolution of the business’s existing comprehensive suite of services and solutions.
- Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati boosted its corporate life sciences practice with the addition of Karen Deschaine as a partner in its San Diego office. Deschaine has handled matters including private financings, corporate governance, commercial transactions and strategic transactions during her career over more than 15 years.
- Daniel G. Viola joined Seward & Kissel as a partner in the investment management group. Based in New York, he will serve as head of SKRC, the firm’s full-service compliance solution. Viola brings decades of experience, including serving as general counsel to financial companies Andover Brokerage and Carlin Financial Group; founding a compliance consulting firm that catered to investment advisers and broker-dealers; and serving as a FINRA arbitrator for more than 25 years.
- BTIG added John Bertrand as a managing director in its investment banking debt capital advisory group. Bertrand, who was most recently a managing director at Stifel Financial Corporation, has over 25 years of experience. He will be working out of the firm’s New York office.
- Executive search firm Jensen Partners expanded its presence in the Southwest with the launch of an office in Austin, Texas, which is being led by Stacy Schiffman in the role of managing director of distribution. Her responsibilities encompass all facets of search execution, including candidate generation and engagement, client management and interview preparation. Her focus primarily revolves around investment and capital raising roles.
- Private capital fund administrator Gen II Fund Services hired Marlene Pelage as chief financial officer. She joins Gen II from IPG Mediabrands and brings over 30 years of experience, including holding several leadership roles at Charles Schwab.
Real Estate
- Manulife Investment Management has made new leadership appointments within its real estate investment team. Jessica Harrison, formerly from PIMCO, joins as head of U.S. acquisitions. Her responsibilities include overseeing the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and negotiation of all U.S. investments, including those related to portfolio companies. Victor Calanog, previously with Moody Analytics, has been appointed as global co-head of research and strategy. In this role, he collaborates closely with the global CIO and the investment team to plan and execute the real estate platform’s research strategy. Maggie Coleman joins from Sera Global as CIO, North America. She is tasked with developing and executing investment strategies, identifying strategic platform opportunities through key relationships, managing portfolio risk and performance, and making overall investment decisions and transactions.
Infrastructure
- Stafford Capital Partners named Joe Carrabes as head of client solutions in North America. He brings over 25 years of experience, most recently managing some of the largest institutional relationships at Amundi U.S.
Investors
- Family office Ten Oaks Group announced four additions to its team of operating partners: James Deng, Greg Warren, David Izquierdo and Lauren Celano. Deng joins from Audax Private Equity. Warren, who serves as assistant general counsel in addition to operating partners, joins from White & Case’s financial restructuring and insolvency practice. Izquierdo, whose role focuses on Ten Oaks Group’s European portfolio companies, previously held various roles in corporate development and management consulting. Celano, who joins as associate operating partner, has a background in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
