Thoma Bravo completed its acquisition of ForgeRock in an all-cash transaction valued at about $2.3 billion, or $23.25 per class A and class B common share. The deal was disclosed on Oct. 11, 2022, and was approved by ForgeRock's stockholders during a special meeting held on Jan. 12.
