- TPG named Flavio Porciani as a partner. He will be based in London to lead the European software and enterprise technology investment team for TPG Capital, the firm’s U.S. and European late-stage private equity platform. He joins from Warburg Pincus, prior to which he worked at Searchlight Capital and Credit Suisse.
- Zeal Capital Partners hired Emily Zhen as principal to execute Zeal’s the firm’s new health equity investing mandate, which aims to tackle healthcare disparities by backing tech-enabled, early-stage healthcare enterprises focused on underserved populations. Zhen served most recently as a healthcare investor at New Enterprise Associates. She was previously a member of the healthcare investment banking team at Goldman Sachs, in addition to working for digital health startups, the U.S. Treasury and conducting life sciences research.
- Sustainable-technology focused G2 Venture Partners hired Jasper Platz and Vaibhav Sharma as investors. Platz brings over 12 years of founder and operator experience, including at fintech Tally and climatetech companies Serious Materials and Gen110. Sharma joins from The Carlyle Group’s Global Infrastructure Fund, where he was focused on the renewable energy and telecommunication sectors.
- Laura Padilla joined Sapphire Ventures as a portfolio growth partner and head of business development to provide strategic advice to Sapphire’s software and cloud portfolio companies across their business development needs. She brings about 20 years of technology industry experience, with a focus on building and leading complex teams at SaaS and enterprise technology companies. She has held leadership positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Airtable and Zoom Video Communications, in addition to two exited Sapphire portfolio companies: Nutanix and Box.
- Alpha Edison added Andrew Darcovich in the new position of head of capital formation and investor relations. Darcovich, who previously served at Anthos Capital and Goldman Sachs, will oversee fundraising and manage the Los Angeles-based venture capital firm’s growing relationships with global institutional investors.
Real Estate
- Brennan Investment Group named Kevin Carlson and C.J. Stempeck as vice presidents of capital markets who will be responsible for procuring debt and equity financing for the firm’s real estate acquisitions and developments. Carlson was most recently responsible for debt and equity transactions for Ashland Capital’s student housing and multi-family investments, prior to which he spent six years at Wintrust Financial. Stempeck, who served most recently at Quadrant Real Estate Advisors, brings years of experience in underwriting, asset management and investment sourcing.
- Essential Properties Realty Trust appointed Kristin M. Walker as senior vice president – real estate counsel and Robert W. Salisbury as senior vice president – capital markets. Walker brings more than 17 years of legal experience specializing in commercial real estate transactions, including serving as lead counsel to national REIT clients in industrial and retail/net lease markets. Salisbury, who served most recently at Almanac Realty Investors, has more than 18 years of experience in the real estate industry, including at Citigroup, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and UBS Investment Bank.
- Henry Loughran joined Lingerfelt as managing director and will serve as head of capital markets and investor relations. Loughran served most recently at Bonaventure and brings more than two decades of experience in finance and real estate.

Asset Management
- Henri Marcoux, the deputy CEO of Tikehau Capital, has been named president of Tikehau IM, the primary asset management company within the Paris-based firm. He takes over this role from Bruno de Pampelonne, who now serves as the executive chairman of Tikehau Capital Asia and as a special advisor to the firm’s co-founders. Marcoux has been at Tikehau Capital since 2016 and has previously held positions such as chief financial officer, while de Pampelonne joined the firm in 2006. He previously served as France country head for Merrill Lynch.
- Westmount Asset Management appointed Denis Massey as a partner. Massey, who holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation, joined Westmount as a senior advisor in 2016 and has since advised clients on various aspects of their financial lives, in addition to serving on the firm’s investment and environmental, social, and governance committees.

- Maria Golenkov joined DLA as managing director, internal audit. She served most recently at KPMG and brings a wealth of experience performing operational consulting, IPO readiness, Sarbanes-Oxley Act implementations, and enterprise risk assessments for business development companies and financial services companies.
- Treliant appointed Thomas Ciulla as a managing director in the firm’s capital markets solutions practice. He brings more than 25 years of business, operations and IT experience, including serving as a partner in PwC’s capital markets advisory and digital transformation practice, as vice president at Capgemini and as managing director at Deloitte.
